I tried installing it under Wordpress 2.8.4 , and got the fatal error on line 23 that was already posted as the first response to that blog entry. I've deleted that plugin, because it doesn't seem to have been updated since July 2008. Thanks for the pointer to the WordPress Attachment Extender plugin.
